Jasmine Eisenhaur

Jasmine graduated from Dalhousie University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and from Queen’s University in 2009 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy.

She has volunteered her time for different causes, such as work with children in wheelchairs, educating patients being discharged from the cardiorespiratory department of a hospital after a cardiac event, coaching children in figure skating and soccer, acting as the president of the Dalhousie/King’s Figure Skating Club, and as part of the medical team at the 2009 Canada Summer Games.  She had worked as a trainer with many different sports, including rugby, football, and swimming, and most recently hockey.  She was a team therapist for Team Easton (North Division) of the 22nd Annual Allstar Game of the AMHL.

Jasmine has her McKenzie Part A and Sports First Responder course, and is working towards her Sport Physiotherapy Certificate.  She recently completed the AA1: Foundations of Anatomical Acupuncture course and plans on taking AA2: Clinical Applications in Anatomical Acupuncture in the future.  Jasmine is currently collecting her hours of on-field and on-ice experience to gain her Sport Physiotherapy Certificate.

Jasmine grew up in Nova Scotia and has participated in many sports, including figure skating, soccer, track and field, tennis and basketball, and is currently involved in ultimate Frisbee.  She enjoys being active, which is what helped lead her to a profession where she can help people return to a higher level of function through active rehabilitation.
