Randy Littmann

Randy entered the field of physiotherapy outside the usual path.  He graduated with his degree from the University of Alberta in 1992 after obtaining a diploma in Mechanical Industrial Engineering in 1984 and working in the oilfield for a few years.

After graduating, Randy spent 6 years working in hospitals in Alberta and Oregon treating a wide variety of patients from intensive care to outpatients.  After returning to Canada in 1998, he worked in rural Alberta for 10 years.  During that time, he continued post-graduated education and among other courses, was certified in medical acupuncture and dry needling.

His approach to clients is to assist them in restoring range, strength and function while helping them to reduce pain and understand issues regarding prevention of re-injury.  He occasionally lectures to groups on topics from back pain injury to fitness over 50.

Randy keeps active by being a Dad and husband to his family and can occasionally be found playing bass in a garage band or perfecting his grilling skills.
