General Assessment

* An initial assessment is required before performing treatment on an injury

* A doctor’s referral is not required to book in for an initial assessment

* Alberta Health Services (AHS) funded assessments are available however there can be a wait list to book in due to limited funding.  Please the call the clinics to confirm when the earliest available appointment would be.  As well, if you are booking an appointment due to a recent fracture or surgery there can be a lesser wait time to book in.

* If you choose to book in for a private assessment, at a fee of $90, we can get you in as soon as an appointment time is available on a therapist’s schedule.  As well, we do offer direct bill to many extended health care companies including Blue Cross, Great West Life, Greenshield and ASEBP (Alberta School Employee Benefit Plan).

* We are a recognized provider with RCMP and Veteran’s Affairs and are able to direct bill to them on your behalf.  If you are included in one of these categories, we can book you in for an initial assessment as soon as our next availability arises on a therapist’s schedule.
